Dear friends of the IMAGO!
I would like to invite you to a special weekend at IMAGO:
to an exhibition opening, to discussions, story sharing, lectures and film screening around an extraordinary project.
Two friends, Prashant Kumar and Ben Reid-Howells, an Indian and a Scot, have travelled 40,000 kilometers, from India to Scotland, on their motorcycles. On the way they worked as volunteers on numerous sustainable and social projects and were able to experience radically different ways of working. They experienced the life approach of many different people and were able to explore the many attitudes to issues of social, environmental and political justice and then bring that learning into their own lives and work.
From the 12th to the 14th of April 2019 they will present their grassroots project “Vasudhaiva Ride” to an interested audience in the rooms of the IMAGO Camera and in the Prinzessinnengärten. Get to know them, listen to their adventures and see the great photos and films of the journey. People can buy Indian and Silk Road arts and crafts.
